Enko Group Ltd is a business located in Whangarei, New Zealand and all transactions completed through this website will be in New Zealand Dollars. Our name (Enko Group Ltd) will appear on sales documentation for orders placed through this website.

Website inquiries

We will endeavor to answer all email inquiries received through this website within one working day.


All prices shown in this website exclude GST.

Enko’s products may be ordered through this website. Prices shown are retail. Trade customers can request a login, which will allow their respective wholesale prices to be displayed.


All prices shown are current. Enko reserves the right to change products and prices without notice.

Shipping and Delivery

We aim to ship orders received before 4.00pm on the same day.

Orders received outside of business hours, in weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

We ship our orders using NZ Couriers, PBT or Mainfreight.  They cannot deliver to a PO Box, so all orders must include a valid physical delivery address.

Deliveries are made next working day in the North Island and within 2 or 3 working days in the South Island. Rural deliveries may take an extra day.

If the items ordered are out of stock, or if there is some other reason the order will not be despatched promptly, we will notify you within 8 working hours after receipt of your order.

All orders above $50 excluding GST are delivered freight free. Orders under $50 excluding GST incur a $10.80 freight and handling fee.


Goods may be returned to Enko for credit within 60 days from invoice date and may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.

Products being returned must be in their original packaging with installation instructions, templates, mounting bolts etc in their original condition. If the packaging is damaged or excessively marked, the return may be subject to a re-packaging fee.

Products that have been installed and used are not returnable, unless the product is faulty.

Non-stock, or customer-made products are not returnable, unless the product is faulty.

If the products being returned are faulty, or freight damaged, no re-stocking fee will be charged.

If the products being returned are to be exchanged for a similar item, no restocking fee will be charged.

If ceramic sinks are to be returned, you must use a specialist furniture moving company (eg Fliways).

Damage caused as a result of careless return packaging will be charged for, or the credit disallowed.

All returns will be inspected before the credit is issued.

Security and Privacy

We will not disclose, rent or sell your email address or any other contact information to any other company.

All of your contact information will be maintained in the strictest confidence and should you wish these details to be removed from our website, please advise us and we will process your request immediately.

Enko operates a secure server for the safe transmission of customer orders using Paymark's online system ( All credit card details are entered directly into the secure server. Card information is encrypted and used only for your transactions with Enko.
