Enko Group Ltd is based in Whangārei, New Zealand. All website transactions are processed in NZD, and our name will appear on all sales documentation.

Pricing
All prices exclude GST and are subject to change without notice. Retail pricing is displayed online, while trade customers can request access to wholesale pricing.
Freight Policy
Enjoy nationwide free freight on orders over $80 + GST. Orders below this value incur a $15 handling fee.
Delivery
Orders placed before 3:30pm (courier) are dispatched the same day. Transport freight (pallets and oversized items) has a 2:00pm cut-off.
If an item is out of stock, we’ll notify you promptly. Most courier deliveries arrive overnight, while larger freight may take longer.
Warranties
We offer a 10-year warranty on most products from the date of sale. Shaw’s Butler sinks are covered by a 7-year manufacturer warranty.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 90 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Restocking fees may apply for used or damaged items.

Samples are available on request. Get in touch with us to discuss your project and sampling needs.

Your information is kept strictly confidential. We do not sell or share your details.
All credit card transactions are securely encrypted via Paymark and used solely for processing your order.
